TOWN TENEMENT FARM

EXMOOR COTTAGE HOLIDAYS is a small group of character cottages converted from a former farm, "Town Tenement", which is over 300 years old.  The cottages are clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and each has a log fire in the living room. The cottages surround a pretty courtyard within large and enchanting gardens,  extending to three acres, with an abundance of trees, plants and wildlife, a charming pond, and a delightful path up and around Humphrey's Hill.

Town Tenement Farm is in Challacombe, a small rural village in a peaceful setting within the Exmoor National Park. Within just a short walk (300 yards) is a traditional pub (with good food and real ales) and a friendly shop and post office. Challacombe is an ideal central location from which to explore the spectacular North Devon coast and the heart of Exmoor.
